选用适合的除草剂喷雾助剂是提高除草剂药效,降低除草剂有效成分使用量、提高环境安全性的重要手段。本研究采用叶绿素荧光检测的方法通过实验室和温室试验研究了甲基化植物油(MSO)和有机硅2种常用助剂对苯唑草酮防除禾本科杂草狗尾草(SetariafaberiHerrm.)和阔叶杂草苘麻(Abutilon theophrastiMedik.)的影响作用。研究结果表明,在用药后2-5天两种杂草的最大光子利用率(Fv/Fm)添加MSO助剂处理组显著低于苯唑草酮单用组,而添加有机硅助剂组与苯唑草酮单用组差异则不显著。该结果与常规生物量测定结果一致性良好。证明了植物叶片叶绿素荧光检测法在快速、无损评价除草剂助剂增效效果方面的有效性。
